Ordering Notes 

Chucks & Pearls  is a specialty popcorn which we are shipping during the summer it may come a little melted but the taste and packaging will make up for all that!!

When does my package ship? Within 1-4 business days from when the order is placed. Overnight orders can only be placed Monday- Thursday by noon EST

Is the popcorn shipped in cooling package? Our popcorn is popped fresh packaged and placed in our Shade Box, and then that box is placed inside of a shipping box.

My popcorn melted, what does that mean? Well you know eat the cake…lol nah it’s still good. That just means it got a little warm and your chocolate melted that a good thing. Now you know we use quality product. 

My order is not here….What’s Up? Things happen, we ask that you give grace and allow the carrier to work through it. However, if you No longer see your tracking or it outside of the delivery window than email us. We will do everything to assist with this matter.
